Chef Joey together with Chef Hafiz & their team will be cooking another blazing-storm in their kitchen on Friday, 25th March 2011 at Las Carretas Damansara. They will be doing a 5 Course Set Dinner to be paired with 4 types of Premium Wines from Cote de Blaye, Bordeaux, France.
To add some flavour to the whole affair, the narrators of the evening are Ms Sook and Mr Laurent Robert.
