On Thursday, 16 February 2012, Classic Fine Foods & Beyond Culinary teamed up to host a workshop on a brand new product which is "Certified Organic Lamb or Beef" from Australia.
The trainer was Chef Victor from Las Carretas with a target audience of mostly Executive Chefs, Chefs & Butchers around Kuala Lumpur. The focus was to introduce the product and at the same time a demo and a tasting session was held.
