A total of 8 Chefs were selected for this trip and that includes Richemond Lim from KL Convention Center, Eric Siew from Double Tree Hilton, Tan from Resort World, Jeffrey Othman from Best Western, Takashi from Cilantro, Rajesh from Sheraton Imperial, Andrea from Singapore and Victor from Las Carretas.
The primary objective of this mission is to focus on Victoria products and produce.
