Chef Victor together with his team featuring Chef Ayub & Chef Rizal have been cooking another blazing-storm in their kitchen on Saturday, 29 September 2018 at Las Carretas Ampang. A 5 Course Set Dinner paired with 5 Different Ranges of Premium Wines from non-other than Stanley Estate from New Zealand.

In collaboration with Dionysus and Stanley Estate, and to add some flavour to the whole affair, the narrator of the evening was non-other than Mr Thomas Ling, the leading certified Sommelier from Malaysia.
